He and Ospreay did this to both Okada matches at WK and FD by trying to do 500p things in a single match though, so karma I guess.
They're mostly multiman tags at this point and AEW is so awful with those that nobody cares even when he's in one. His impromptu tag with Okada is probably the most memorable tag he's had this year.
Not as heavy but he loses too much. Jobbing to Yuta at DoN, only to get his win back after Page and even a pinfall spong like Ishii beat Yuta was silly enough. And even in the middle of that, he jobs to Ospreay. Now he's jobber to Takeshita twice in what's supposed to be Takeshita's star-making moment, but they've fucked up the feud so much and gave that shit to Ospreay 2 months ago. Now it's just a good win for Takeshita in a good match, code just been anyone else in that spot.
