Shawn never traveled and got over in other territories/promotions like Hulk Hogan, Sting, Chris Jericho, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and Kenny Omega did so he's not an all time great in my opinion.

Yes he did lol. He worked for NWA, AWA, Mid South, WCCW, and a few others. He wrestled 4 years before he went to WWF, nkt counting the one appearance him and Marty made in 1987.
