Drawing Straws Ladders Match Tournament

It's a multi man ladder match like money in the bank, but there are multiple batons screwed into an object hoisted above the ring. The first person to retrieve a baton automatically moves to the next round of the tournament. The last is automatically eliminated. Numbers 2 & 3 tag against numbers 4 & 5 in a tag match with the winners progressing and the losers also being eliminated.
