As someone with relative expertise..
Punk is not athletic. He is a very average athlete. In fact this has been his biggest obstacle. Especially in UFC.
Also, he doesn't know how to punch correctly, he doesn't generate power at all really.
Miro is an above average athlete, powerful and very nimble for his size.
He could do what swagger did in bellator with how coordinated he is.
Miro also has stand up grappling experience, mix that with being a powerhouse and you have yourself wuite the combo.
Miro would pretty easily kill punk due to size, power, and athleticism.
