Twitter was the biggest mistake to wrestling and has murdered the credibility of thousands of wrestlers. Its done more damage to wrestling than anything else has and killed a lot of the mystique of wrestlers who have just lost their overness with me. I know that wrestling has always been full of whiny little bitches and marks, e.g. Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart in the 90s but they at least didn't have social media to expose that to the public.
IMO they should take a page from the acting industry's book who swiftly recognized in the early 2010s the dangers that social media was doing to various actor's PR and brands. Have a PR person control their twitter or only allow them to tweet heavily controlled, sanitized, PR friendly tweets thats mostly marketing based. Never give a celebrity free reign on their own twitter, it's chaos.
