lmao jim literally says stupid shit to pop himself because he doesn't give a fuck and he knows insulting and going after completely innocent parties like Megha or Riho is just going to piss off people who he doesn't like and get him a ton of attention from people who are outraged at what he says. His literal cult is filled with emotionally stunted manchildren, so he's not gonna lose any of his regular listeners by going off on and slandering non-talents, non-English speakers, etc.
If he had anything of any substance, you can bet your ass he wouldn't be pussyfooting around the issue and making veiled jokes, he'd be screaming it from the mountain top or passing along the information to someone to do it for him. This is just another case of headcanon that he himself probably doesn't actually believe. But he'll say it anyway because it will piss people off and get him attention.
