I'm pretty out of touch with current joshi, I don't think the crowds are big enough in Wave or Ice Ribbon anymore to really get a good sample size. And the other promotions aren't as creepy, more of a normal weirdo ratio.
On the flip side, check DDT and Dragon Gate crowds for Fujoshi (femcels).
