dynamite ratings are pretty stable as you should know if you actually bothered to follow ratings.

the biggest problem is live house attendance rather than anything you mentioned..

one possibility to fix it is to include a high-profile dark match between top guys with every show, which is non-canon for the purposes of television but gives the live crowd a bonus main eventer tier match to watch. wwe has been known to do this. omega's a bit too thrashed to waste on houseshows, so moxley, mjf, hanger, danielson, swerve, cole and jay white are probably the best bets for a drawing singles match.

If you'd told me that AEW would be in a noticeable slup after Forbidden Door 2 and the most attended modern wrestling show All In, I would have called you a doomed, but here we are. The main issue is Tony and his complete lack of booking and stories. He just throws matches together, which was fun in the early days of AEW, but it's utterly tiresome now

Unironically just keep on the course, time heals all wounds and as long as they can keep doing entertaining shit like MJF's current stuff the bad feelings will subside. The ratings are stable, so any damage that's been done is just going to need time to heal.

Also Tony, I know that it theoretically could have been The Elite's final big feud in AEW, but keeping like 4-5 top guys locked into a big multiman feud for 6 months is not the way brother.

Dynamite is doing fine. Its still consistently at the top. Collision was always going to be facing an up hill battle. They treat Rampage like its Sunday Night Heat half the time so most people have just written it off. Creatively they've got better since hiring Will Washington so that should help them too.

What I think is really hurting them is expanding too fast. AEW was always going to be a niche product. I don't think they can sustain having two separate touring brands on tv every single week plus what's looking like 10 or more PPVs a year. They're spreading themselves too thin.

When AEW started Moxley and Jericho added about 70k viewers every segment consistently. Cody was up and down about 50-100k. Darby started to draw about 50-90 every segment. Jericho fell off after the feud with Orange Cassidy and the Orange Julip match. Moxley fell off after losing to Omega and the Bucks. Cody left the company. Punk seemed to add about 100k total viewers to the entire show. MJF was up and down but now gains over 50k with Adam Cole regularly. Everyone else routinely loses or goes back and forth between losing and gaining, so the only option right now is to push Darby and MJF and Cole, and change the way you book everyone else until they start gaining viewers as well.

I'd personally move Collision to Dailys Place and use it as the hardcore fanbase show. Really dive in to what AEW used to be.
