B) Lesnar had enough time to think five minutes into a match would see him in a dangerous position and think "hey he said some mean shit to me, now's my chance"
It looks like Brock is looking at the lights/crowd until literally a split second before he dumped him. It could have been the first time a guy fucked up getting into position and he didn't have time to react properly. I think it's more likely Bob just doesn't want to admit he fucked up getting himself up for a powerbomb properly
