>>11521787It’s easy to do math. Anon is just repeating that real estate thing everyone assumed he got caught in because his friend from Rancid got nailed by it. Even if he didn’t, he was just broke. He had no income for almost 5 years. That’s why he reneged on the legal fees for Colt Cabana. That UFC money kept him afloat until Covid. Then he had to go find a job. The Fox show was a bomb. So he had to cash in his last chip.
He got fired with cause. What should have been 12-15 million just got way smaller. Taxes take roughly half of that. Legal fees if he pursues the rest but he’d be stupid to try. He bought a 5 million dollar house as soon as he signed. A house that just sold for 1.5 million 30 months prior. He paid a million over ask to get the deal done. Stupid, but doable, unless you get fired. Now he’s stuck with it. He can’t even sell it because he overpaid by at least 30 percent. You can tell he’s fucked because as soon as he got fired he got his place in Chicago appraised. You only do that if you’re going to sell or do a cash out home equity loan. That place was an even dumber purchase, it’s the hottest real estate market in forever and it’s still worth almost exactly what he paid 15 years ago.
He should try and sell his merch rights to that company that buys up all the dead peoples stuff. Or tell his wife to do porn. Maybe he could box one of the Paul brothers.
