Nah, Billy could maybe use the star power for a one off maybe but he wouldnt be able to put up with Punk long term. Even without the drama he'd still overshadow all the younger talent he's trying to develop and I doubt he'd put guys like Silas Mason over. The older guys he has right now will do that as soon as Billy says so.
