Shingo is great, and really should have just been hebbyq from the get-go, but I understand why they established him among the Jr's and his feud with Ospreay helped elevate him. His run with the hebbyq belt was ok but kind of forgettable in the long run, I can hardly remember any specifics off the top of my head.
