The feud really seems to me to be an apology and thank you present to Hangman to get him up and running again. I don't think there's anything wrong with trying with him again, and Swerve is the kind of guy who can eat a loss and keep going since he has no title ambitions.

AEW will never be a real wrestling company. It has no history, no memorable moments, no original wrestlers, it is a homosexual company twisted by drugs and delusions into a crude mockery of a wrestling company. All the validation it gets is two-faced and half hearted. Behind their back smarks mock it. The Warner execs are disgusted and ashamed of it, their “friends” laugh at it behind closed doors. Real wrestling companies are utterly repulsed by AEW. A Hundred years of Feds have allowed promoters to sniff out frauds with incredible efficiency. Even companies who pander look uncanny and unnatural to a real wrestling company. It’s indie shit is a dead giveaway, and even if AEW managed to convince a company, they’ll turn tail and bolt the second they get a whiff of the rotting, greasy AEW crowd. AEW fans will never be happy. They wretch out a fake smile every single evening and tell themselves it will be a good show this time, but deep down they can feel the failure creeping up like a weed, ready to crush AEW under the unbearable weight. Eventually it will be too much to bear, AEW’s ratings will plummet to historic lows, Warner will be forced to cancel AEW’s shows, smarks will shit on it, the show gets cancelled, and AEW gets sent into the cold abyss. Tony’s Dad will find him, heartbroken but relieved that he will no longer live with the unbearable shame and disappointment. He will ban Tony from watching wrestling for the wrest of his life, and every wrestling fan for the rest of eternity will know how AEW fucked up. The promotion will decay, and all that will remain is a indie show with 5,000 viewers. This is their fate. This is what they chose. There is no turning back
