I was like you once upon a time. I was damn good, in fact, and ended up getting a spot at my trainers local promotion almost immediately. I caught on quick with the crowd and, within 6 months of graduating, I was the top baby face there. People cheered me, women loved me, and everything seemed great. I was pulling in upwards of 100 dollars a show but, more importantly, I was fucking ring rats like mad. For one glorious year I fucked women from 18-55, had threesomes, 4somes, and even once did a mom and daughter at the same time.
Then I get dropped on my head in the ring and fuck up my neck. I can’t work out for months while I heal and I get addicted to oxy. I gained almost 100 lbs and looked like shit, plus I was prone to outbursts of anger when I was off my pills for too long. Fans didn’t boo me. Far worse; they just stopped caring. I got slid down the card, the money dried up, the women dried up. I was paid 10 dollars for my last match - a 25 man battle royal where I was the 3rd man eliminated.
I work at a call center now and weigh almost 350 lbs. I haven’t had sex in a decade. My neck still hurts a lot but I can’t afford surgery and doctors don’t really give out oxy more because all the boomers got addicted and started dying.
