Not them, but what yoga does ia help stretch out ligaments and muscles so one can be more flexible, flexibility can go along way in helping people over come pain in joints and soreness of the body, hardcore yoga will have you dripping with sweat because in truth advance yoga is a serious body weight workout, in DDP yoga case the reason it help with fatties to get a jump start is yoga can also be a non-taxing work out depending on the poses. Sorry man, but you're going to have to take an L on thia one, yoga is legit even if some of the poses can look a little fruity. Plus doing yoga with chicks in loose cotton shorts is a great way to get some great up short shots, but be warned yoga can make you fart and so yoga classes could be smelly if you walk into a session not already nose blind.
