>>11559196I've been thinking about how retarded diehard fans can be (all fans, not just AEW) and I'm legitimately wondering if a bunch of retards in the audience didn't buy two or more tickets because they thought they were "helping".
You see this shit all the time with video games, music and film on the internet. A fanboy is so pissed off that somebody is making fun of their favorite thing, so in retaliation they buy multiple copies to show support.
>Game Freak stays winning! I'm gonna buy four copies of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and because I'm not a poot incel like you.Or something like that. So AEW's fanbase skews younger (is that even still true?), and those younger fans very well may be stupid enough to not realize how buying an empty seat can damage a live broadcast.
I'm not saying it accounts for all 9,000 tickets, but I'd like to enjoy thinking about the nerds who realized today that they spent twice as much money and accidentally fucked over their favorite brand.
