I didn't want to do it, but I figured if I did to it it'd take my mind of Le'anne just for that one hour. So I did it.

Not really. Pretty sure Angle was still heel so unless they're turning him it's not likely they would bring up a family death for sympathy all of a sudden. And she was a heroin addict that Kurt stopped talking to and was never shown or mentioned on tv so that's even less reason to bring her up.
