Seff IS the guy, he is the co-guy. WWE keeps them separated because they want to be able to have either one be the face of the company if the other is out. If you allow Roman to KWAB Seff and then Roman has to take time off, you have no guy, same vice versa, so they won’t allow one to beat the other. Seff actually has the winning record over Roman from before they both became megastars though, he beat him twice for the belt. But those niggas are never having a clean match ever again, kek.
