Technically PWI ratings are objective since they are kayfabe power levels over the last year.
It's about how you're booked etc. not how you perform and how your matches are perceived by fans.

Dave parades his stars around as if they are universal facts and when he gets called out on them he makes weak excuses like everyone agrees with his scores because if you give it a 4 and he gives it a 7 it's the same.

PWI 500s are always weird going by any criteria, by this year people like Edith Surreal are ahead of Cobb. And people like Joey Janela and B3CCA are way ahead. Billie Starkz (an 18 year old girl) is #96, ahead of AJ Styles, Jay Lethal, Nakamura, LA Knight, Ricochet, Ilja Dragunov...

I like to think I've grown able to unravel Dave's autism a bit over the years.
I'm 90% sure that what he's talking about here is probably some fucking safety thing. He's definitely not saying that he hates Young Bucks indieriffic flippyshit style of matches, he always gushes about that kind of shit. What he really loves to cry about though is when wrestlers do some kind of dangerous spot, whether it's getting thrown of a cell, some stupid deathmatch shit, or even just shoot headbutts. He'll still rate that shit really high though.
This is only thing I can imagine him meaning here. "Yeah you know it was uh, a really great match, but uh it was just too dangerous, you know, I kinda hated that aspect of it".
