Sonny Ono has credentials and you can look them up, he's Bischoff's boy and says he's legit but there's nothing on Bischoff.

Ernest "The Cat" Miller gave Eric cred, but again, you can't find anything verifiable on Bischoff. Every claim that was made comes from Bischoff, himself.

Bischoff talks about it in his book, but I always got the impression he was kind of bullshitting and insecure from the "early years" part so wouldn't surprise me if it was a lie. But the guy is in his 50s here and out of shape. Kind of harsh.

I shoot believe he's a black belt. For decades, anyone could get a black belt for just a couple years by memorizing forms and maybe doing sparring. How legit you were entirely depended on your school and how seriously you took it.
That said, his kicks still look better than Punk's.

I was never a WCW guy as a kid so I was totally confused when I was playing HCTP and they've got Bischoff wearing a gi and throwing karate kicks, I thought it was supposed to be a joke
