Grown adults often work together despite not liking each other. AEW is one of the very few companies where being friends seems to be important for some reason, I've never seen this anywhere else.
Many of the top sports teams in history had members who had no time for each other outside the game but created magic inside it.
This is something I've always considered one of the weaker points of Khan's management style.
