I would guess in terms of publicly available stuff, pretty low, because a lot of old wrestling wasn't recorded, or if it was recorded was not released. xwt and xwt-classics combined have about 30,000 torrents, about 2500 of which are packs of some kind. I doubt there are more than at most like 100,000 wrestling shows which are actually possible to watch in any way. It's a drop in the ocean of television and definitely WAY less than music or books, probably less than films too. It's gonna beat video games though unless maybe you count like the total number of hours it would theoretically take to consume it all.
It's probably complicated by the fact that I'm sure there's thousands of hours of otherwise unavailable old territory footage sitting in old farts' attics or in storage rooms of tv stations somewhere
