Why are promotions with no dojos and barely functional rosters a bigger priority for uploaders than Ice Ribbon?

I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact that a SEAdLINNNG show in Shinkiba with 4 matches is uploaded a day after the event yet we still don't have the Ice Ribbon Korakuen Hall show from last month.

What are people's priorities?

More pressingly, where are all the Ice Ribbon fans?
