That is a weird fucking place. Maybe it’s not the headquarters for some ancient cabal but if you’ve ever been there you would agree. It’s an asset for something not commonly understood by civilians. I couldn’t tell you exactly what. Maybe they move missiles around or store cobalt-62 or it’s a black site for torture. I don’t know exactly.
