Those people can increase the number of people who watch the game, but they couldn't watch Raw anyways.
The entire premise of this thread is that Raw will lose more viewers because the game is also going to be on ABC, which does not matter.
Nobody who was going to watch Raw over MNF on ESPN is going to choose to watch MNF instead just because it is now on ABC.
