>cancel Rampage and Dark, move ROH to YouTube
>revert AEW branding back to white and gold
>prioritize ROH as a developmental brand to elevate no name shitters like Nick Wayne and Lee Moriarty
>make a hard brand split between Dynamite and Collision
>cut the number of belts and stop giving out title matches like candy (some exception to TV titles like the TNT/TBS belts)
>10-12 PPVs a year
>prioritize an entertaining and consistent wrestling product over pandering to smarks constantly
>rosters are picrel, all other talent are either jobbers, fired, or weren't on the list at the time it was uploaded

Merge the TNT and International belts. If you need a second midcard belt see if NJPW will let AEW feature the IWGP US Belt more so the partnership feels like a bigger deal plus it'd give a better kayfabe excuse to have AEW guys go to Japan or NJPW guys come to America.

Hard brand split for a show on saturday night is insanity, the only time you're gonna get big ratings is from a hot angle built on the wednesday before. Right now, the biggest thing AEW needs is to create discrete meaning between the International and TNT titles, and a more established name as the world champion again. Anything that starts with "no more Tony" is nonsense that will never happen, and even if it did most people wouldn't do that much better, it'd just be a different flavour of shit.

I don’t think you need a brand split, just do a title split instead. Dynamite gets the World title, TBS title and Trios title and Collision gets the TNT title, Women’s title and Tag titles. No ROH title defences allowed. This way, you know if two people are feuding, you know exactly what title the winner is going after next.

Rampage can be their hour of random booking headlined by the International Title where they can do their meme open challenge bullshit every night, as well this is the only show ROH titles can be defended on. ROH champs can show up on Dynamite/Collision but they can’t defend their titles outside of ROH/Rampage.

And when I say title split not brand split, people only have a storyline on one show. If Jay White is feuding this Andrade, the feud only happens on Collision and I only need to watch Collision, but after the feud is over they can go to Dynamite to start another feud/go after a Dynamite title, but don’t have to wait until a draft.

You realistically want to be able to do Dynamite > Collision stuff, because that has observably been the one time they popped a big rating outside of the debut. So the rule should really be "nothing can be built on collision for Dynamite, but Dynamite can build for something on Collision"
