Hire ex fed guys that work alongside and elevate the indie guys. The Elite start putting their booking stuff they were thinking about for last 5 years in place. Peak SOVL
>2021
Start hiring more ex fed guys and they don't get anyone over, indie guys getting less TV time. Omega gets injured and the booking mentality shifts away from intricate and detailed to hotshotting matches for the sake of a pop. More ex fed talent relation/producers turn up and start poisoning the well.
>2022
Rankings disappear which ruins the consistency and now the booking mentality fully shifts to hotshotting 50/50 dream matches with no build, Tony hires a bunch of WWE production guys and the production becomes sterile. Punk creates a mess of backstage politicking. Exact shit that WWE was guilty of in 2017-2020
>2023
They fully shift away from the heel/face tunnels and start using smart screens like WWE, has the opposite effect and makes Dynamite look like WWE lite. The show itself is also booked week on week now as opposed to long term angles. SOVL is gone.

Tony can still fix it. But he needs to stop trying to compete with WWE by essentiallt copying them.
