I feel like "Wrestling schools" are usually scams and the best bet is to just find someone who has connections.
Stu Hart and Dory felt like the last real coaches and they had connections into WWE, so you usually got into a farm system for further training right after that.
I guess QT would be a straight to farm guy, because of his AEW relationship, you'd at least get some bookings and be near a bunch of people with indy connections to keep working. WWE uses Helms and stuff, so he's pretty good, but I think the PC kind of sucks at actually making talent. Charlotte might be the only homegrown talent they made that got far.
