Lots of pros. No endless rematches like Vince. Storylines also don't usually get dropped after two weeks, and things from the past get remembered and referenced, rather than when Vince had Alexa Bliss and Nikki ASH tagging together when the last time they interacted was Alexa betraying Nikki.

Cons would be that sometimes he can stretch stories out for too long, and he still has some major problems with the women's division.

>Able to adapt when the crowd doesn't react the way he expects
>Dropped a lot of the shitty stories and name changes from the Vince Era
>Matches on PPV get a good amount of time - Almost to the point where it's a detriment, but I'd still say it's overall a positive

Pros are that he has an attention span further than one week and has the ability to tell coherent stories. Another good thing he does is have wrestlers interact with each other when they aren't feuding. It builds a better universe and establishes which guys like each other and which don't even outside of angles.

Cons are that he has no idea how to book an undercard or provide gimmicks for anyone that aren't "he's a wrestler doing wrestling things in a wrestling ring." Also WAY too much emphasis on womemes, likely due to Stephanie.

That's true, and that's the closest it gets, but there's still a lot of people and you can do different matchups with them. I remember when Smackdown had Sami vs Dominik literally four weeks in a row.

That's such a benefit. I love what we're seeing on Raw now with Sami wanting to give Jey a chance, Owen not trusting him, and Drew still seething over Clash at the Castle. It makes sense that Drew wouldn't save him from Judgement Day, but would still feel a little conflicted about it.

Pro: he honestly gives a shit that everybody has understandable and consistent motivation. Its not great very often, but its a vast fucking improvement.

Con: he's not a confident enough writer yet to understand the appeal of a shock heel turn. Ive never had to book 12 hours of coherent tv a week, so im not dogging him for telegraphing a turn for 6 months. But i feel like we'll never get the occasional OUT OF NOWHERE --holy shit-- turns like seth on the shield under hunter.

You know what, though? Its a trade i'm happy to make, given how random shit was under vince
