Joshi trained in the past 5 years are never trained how to handle things on the fly. They just do routines
She has two other finishers which are much easier to do but they weren't the plan so she had to try the same one over again

Wrestling everywhere is all choreographed tumbling routines now. They can't call audibles because they either get shit for it or aren't trained to. Maybe some professionals still exist who can do that and can call it in the ring but certainly not in joshi. I think maybe in the men's promotions they still do things on the fly.

I think it's half and half in men's feds. If you look at a New Japan match a lot of the big counter sequences where they're dancing through acrobatic reversals super fast are obviously not possible if they're not practiced beforehand. But the rest, I could believe they don't plan that thoroughly
