The only issue was that she was drunk. But so was he, so big fucking deal, IMO. If we made a fuss every time a couple of people got drunk and fucked, only to regret it afterwards, half of university students wouldn't make it to graduation. It never happened to me, but I saw it happen to many of my friends when I was younger. In every case, the best course was to just move on with life, not to turn it into drama (and I saw people take both routes). And no, I don't think it matters that she was under the drinking age: everybody does that. The drinking age is just about the biggest joke of a law that there is.
