I also recall one match where jade cargill didn't bring her shoulder up during her streak and the ref stopped counting. I'm sure there are other examples, but it's a pretty big problem with AEW.
The stuff tonight though with Moxley was bad for even more reasons though, namely that he didn't stop the match to check on Moxley and throw an X up, which should have been done immediately.
