That is always the case, simulcasting on ESPN and ABC has zero effect on Raw's ratings. People who were going to watch ESPN instead of Raw still will. People who dont have cable and watch football on ABC wouldnt have been able to watch Raw anyways.

No, how do you not understand this? People with cable can watch USA or ESPN. People without cable cannot. Putting the game on ABC lets people without cable watch football even without having ESPN. Those people couldn't watch Raw anyways, so the game being on ABC also has no effect on Raw.
