NBCU is paying the same amount for SD that they paid for Raw in 2018. They literally just renewed Raw and changed the name while cancelling NXT.

3 hours was an NBU idea, so I'd be surprised if they don't keep it that way.
Old deal was 265M/year and the new deal is 280M/year so an increase of 15M, which includes 4 prime time specials on NBC. I'm assuming they're "PPVs", or maybe high end documentaries.

That was Raw's deal. SD was 205M/year, now 287/M. $82 million a year increase for what's presumably still a 2 hour show.
