Endeavour might own 51% but that doesn't mean anything because Endeavour is a corporation and not a single entity who will all vote the same way. Endeavour appointed 2 of their own guys and 3 independent guys. Same with WWE.
But Endeavours independent directors are all actually independent whereas WWEs independent directors are all actually Vinces people.
