>>11654915Ring: Bryan. Better, tighter offence, better seller, better at structuring matches, more athletic
Promos: Bryan. Punk's upper ceiling is higher but he's been one note "le insider references and smart pandering worked shoot" since 2011. Bryan can cut a wider range of good promos, face or heel, with a wider range of personas, comedy or serious.
Draw: Punk. Bryan was over with live crowds but didn't do much for business. Punk created mainstream buzz briefly in 2011, moves merch, does bring eyes on.
Backstage: Bryan. Professional who maintains good relationships with people and will kick talent into shape without being a cunt. Punk is a narcissistic egotist.
Look: Tie. Bryan is in better shape but small, Punk is visibly unathletic but has a more eye-catching appearance even with the legion of over-tatted wrestlers nowadays.
Longevity: Narrowly Bryan. Both have a tendency to burn out, Bryan due to injuries, Punk due to personality, but injuries can be mitigated or adapted to and you can still keep him onscreen if you want. There's no cure for cancer, whether physical or mental.
Versatility: Bryan. You can put him in more roles, more types of program or match, with more opponents, in more places on the card without complaint.
If you desperately need to boost your bottom line you pick Punk for the short term gain. If you want someone who can more reliably and consistently contribute to a good show you pick Bryan.
