It's obvious that he's turning it into a Chinese-style all-in-one platform. X already has licenses in multiple US states for money transmission. The company to leverage the social economy with machine learning and utilize banking services to incentivize consent to be data-mined. X will basically be the only bank in existence by the end of the decade because it can do what other banks cannot, which is having a database that can be used for software to mimic and predict human behavior.
