Orton doesn't really have him beat at any level other than look. He does a basic style, but so does Jericho and Jericho is far more effective at it and keeping himself relevant. Orton has too many lapses where he's blatantly phoning it in (Jericho does this as well, but for Orton he'll do this shit for years), and on the mic-- Jericho has him beat.
Orton peaked early on in his career, but Jericho always changed things once he got his head out the gutter.
