>>11685830It's not surprising. Everything about AEW is a cheap imitation of WWE with the subtle not so subtle "inside" jokes they constantly put in their promos to pander to the smark audience. It lacks originality, creativity and yearning for something unique. But it will never be any of those so they'll just go back to referencing WWE stuff in a "we're all in on the joke" kind if way like the current feud with MJF and Joe. It's highly embarrassing and the reason they'll never rise beyond the status of a secondary promotion unlike back in the day with WCW and WWF.
