Despite the faggy memes from faggy robot people who have "repeat the same joke online for years" as their only hobby, both guys were over, but Nash was legitimately one of the most over guys in the world during the short lived red and black era, before the Goldberg thing and turning heel again. Punk was white hot after the pipebomb. Both kind of got squandered. Nash is obviously much more savvy, almost certainly made more money, and seems to have kept it all. Nash had a bad reputation but if you read between the lines all he really did was advocate for himself and maybe his friends, which any man worth a damn does anyways. You think Bob Holly was any different from Nash when he was trying to propose his gimmick of "I beat everybody"? Nash was just better at it.
Phil embarrassed wrestling by being the worst MMA fighter in history, but he also caused the Young Bucks to get beat up 2v1 against the world's worst fighter, so that's semi redeeming. But still, I think Nash is better than Phil.
