Austin was generally remorseful about that time and admitted he drank and took a bunch of pills and stayed out of trouble since then. Tyson, still denies his charge, but he did his time and has stayed out of trouble for a long time. Hogan's case was a mix of things adding up leading to it, but it's not like he's still not at events. Vince doesn't use him as much because Hogan always pulls some shit or asks for more money, and Vince hates old people on TV. That's why he wrote himself off as well.
While Hogan gets a bad rap for his shit, he was never remorseful or apologized either. It doesn't help that years earlier he was caught talking to his son trying to use the car crash for reality TV publicity.
