And even the ones that aren't often have reason for it beyond Cokey's crappy booking. Keith Lee is a shell of his former self, and doesn't deserve to be booked like a top guy in his condition. Andrade, Miro, and Malakai are petulant manchildren who don't co-operate with the booking.
