Overall it was excellent. Melo and Dragunov in particular was outstanding, but the entire card was really good. The wrong match main evented, and there were a few things I didn't like about the Becky and Tiffany match, but it was still good and Tiffany's performance was great.

It's a real pet peeve of mine when they clean people up after they start bleeding, especially in a hardcore match, but I realize that's just how WWE does it so whatever I guess.

Minus the Heritage Cup match and Phallus, this was a 9/10 PPV. Carmelo and IlJA was the match of the night and a match-of-the-year contender.

the opener was kino as fuck and the tag match was pretty fun. heritage cup wasn't bad but knew that dar was winning. ilja vs melo was obvious match of the weekend and should have main evented but women's match was ok. becky clearly phoned it in though but tiffany looked like a star. i enjoyed this ple a lot more than great american bash.

It's been that way in NXT since forever. Finn Balor and Samoa Joe put on a fuckin banger for the title and the ref had to stop the match cause Joe got busted open and Joe was so pissed he was shoving the ref. Finn got a breather, recovered, and won the match.

In WWE, when shit goes wrong, they call an audible and work it into the match itself. In AEW, when shit goes wrong, they dump you on your concussed head: TWICE.

that smaller crowd was audibly way into the show and it wasn't just because the cranked up the mic volume. definitely made it better.

the other big shows they have done in front of non-florida crowds have not been as hot because the people paying to attend only know a handful of talent.
