His concussion was immediately acknowledged as being serious. They also stopped the match right after it happened. And to top it off it was his own fault for messing up a flip.

Mox kept working for 10mins after getting blasted, and then got spiked twice. Then they pretended like everything was ok while Tony did his stripper dance.

I don’t see why, shits fucking fake anyways. Like they can literally just go “hey man no head bumps today” and that’s it. It’s not like any of it is real. They can just get on the same page and do a bunch of submissions or something. Pretty fuckin dumb in the grand scheme of things, plenty of Hollywood actors get concussions and keep filming movies.
