Yeah, the judge basically threw the whole thing out because he had a shitload of texts and videos where she was begging for rough sex and everything they were doing was consensual and wtihin the boundaries she proposed. A few other women have accused him of the same stuff and all of those cases have gone nowhere/been dismissed too.
