He was always a tag team wrestler. He got pushed to be a main event heel because they had no one else.

The show started off with a Buck match and then their biggest angle had audio issues.

Does make me wonder how many people tuned in and saw Bucks opening the night off and immediately tuned out. Bucks are confirmed anti-draws but act like they are big draws

Because he's boring. There's nothing new for him to do. His character has been babyface, heel, tweener, edgy, kid friendly, and everything in between.
TV characters have a lifespan whereby they're able to be the focal point of a show. Edge just doesn't have anything interesting left to say.

when did he ever draw? vince pushed him but he was never a real star like hogan, austin or the rock. and not everybody can be a draw decades into their career. edge lost his shine a year or two after his return. hes just boring. hes got nothing to say and he just looks elderly

nobody has any nostalgia for anyone post attitude era because that's when people started tuning out. other than maybe brock or cena they could bring in anyone and it wouldn't make a difference. randall would be borderline but even he'd be.a stretch
