Shes progressing good but being touted as way better than what she is thanks to "muh japan/muh aew" schizos on twitter.

The only singles matches she really had were the Grand Prix ones she just did at the end of her run, and those were 8-10 minute mostly spotfests.

Going out on a limb from what I've seen and I'm going to say if anything a lot of people are underestimating May. Any praise I see has this asterisk of 'because of who she was working with' as if people are afraid to give her actual credit. Meanwhile across her run in Stardom there wasn't once she looked outclassed or like she was trying to keep up. The AEW roster isn't the Stardom roster though so that on its own will mean things will be different. If there's one thing she showed she can do though it's be able to work a crowd and get them into what's going on. I think she'll be fine
