LMAO no he wasn't. Vince was abandoned by his dad before birth and sent to live with his mom in a trailer park with her new guy, where Vince was abused. Vince didn't even meet his dad until many years later when he was nearly grown. Vince Sr. didn't gift Vince the WWF either. He literally set him up to fail with the deal offered, but Vince pulled it off. Vince likely is a bitter asshole about his dad and the wrestling business though. Probably why he used the WWF to destroy the territories against his dad's wishes and then turned pro wrestling into sports entertainment.
