Dusty sepia filter.I took out a bunch of suspected problematic descriptors like "ruined" and "post-apocalyptic," I changed it from "Hogan" to "The Undertaker," and removed "WWE," "WWF," "WCW," and "wrestler". And I'm still getting blocked. I suspect it may be "The Undertaker," but then I'm just left with a generating regular Fallout screenshot, and that's not fun. Might as well not bother.
