Finn in particular seems like his charisma has tripled since he joined, compare his promos now to any of his promos when he first came to WWE and it's night and day.
When I say uncharismatic, I mean specifically in terms of how much believability they project when they speak, they all do have some form of charisma though. Rhea for instance has a strong stoic presence.
